- Payment Terms: Payment for our products must be made in two installments: 50% advance payment and 50% before dispatch. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. We accept payments through bank transfers, GPay, or cash.
- Delivery: The delivery timeframe will be specified in the quotation and is contingent upon stock availability. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot be held accountable for delays beyond our control. Buyers are responsible for courier and packing charges, which will be added to the invoice. In cases of non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information, additional courier costs will be borne by the buyer.
- Installation: The purchase price does not cover installation. Buyers are responsible for arranging installation and related expenses.
- Returns and Exchanges: Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in instances where product transportation defects are evident. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons.
- Warranty: We offer a 12-month warranty for our products, starting from the delivery date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage caused by misuse or improper installation.

- Responsibility After Dispatch: Our responsibility concludes upon the goods leaving our premises. We are not accountable for issues, damages, or delays that occur during transit or afterwards.

When encountering entities or individuals with names closely resembling Metro Cinelight, exercise caution.
